Gents,
I don't have too much experience with photo-etched parts, and can't seem to find the answer to this question... On the photo-etched parts that come with Stan Wiley, or with the US insignia set (for example, the Colonel's oak leaves or the "US" enlisted collar discs), are the pieces flat, with the detail etched into them? Or is it somehow raised, to give the appearance of depth? I can't seem to tell from the photos that I've seen. Anyone have the US sets in hand? Any reviews out there?
EDIT: And, as I've just realized that the Lion Roar set does not include any full colonel's eagles, does anyone know of a source for these besides the hard-to-find Hart's War figure from DML?
Thanks in advance!
Joe
