The templates involved are scaled up versions of paper model booklets, which are copyrighted by their manufacturers. Scaling them and reselling them presents a clear copyright infringement issue, and I asked the person advertising them here to cease doing so, to which he agreed.
Allowing this would be a violation of ezboard's terms of use, and could result in trouble for the board up to and including getting it totally locked down, so I have no choice but to take action on this.
The current problem is that even though the original person has stopped, other members continue to discuss his "products" here. I had to remove several posts this morning for just this reason.
I am asking that all discussion of this subject here be dropped immediately. If people cannot abide by that, I may have to restrict their posting privledges, which I prefer not to do.
What you do elsewhere is between you, your conscience, and the copyright holder's lawyers, but I have to be responsible for seeing what occurs here remains legal, and I will do what is required to ensure this happens.
