The price for this set is almost $20 US less than the single "folding" DShK set priced at $88. (which I passed on). Not sure but I think the AA sight is a new feature. There is a question on the MDFC as to whether the gun and figure are a combined set - sure looks like they are to me. I'll update this thread with the answer once it is provided. C-H released a bargain (ok, I know that word is relative) set with the Tiger I accessories and a tanker that was priced similar to this set. As a side note, the DShK has applications beyond WWII - good for Korean Conflict, probably good for modern Afghanistan too. -Dave

It seem like they are trying to get as much out of what they have.
