Outstanding! Much better pics and the gear is setup correctly. I can't wait for this figure! I really hope 3R/DID continue their Japanese line. This is
the third figure and I would have to believe they could match Twisting Toyz output of 8 Italians. I would really like a sniper, a Naval Para, an IJA Pilot and
a tanker; which would match TT's count.

I don't collect Japanese figures but that's a good looking figure. He has a lot of kit and it all looks real good. All I would like is the MG. I
don't know if
a German would actually have one of these but I would like to see a bash with maybe an officer that helped train Japanese soldiers. Far fetched, maybe, but you never know. On the subject of Twisting Toyz I'm looking forward to Dario being released soon. I hope Twisting Toyz isn't facing too much trouble in this economy!! |

That headsculpt looks like one of those that were included in DiDs carded set.
If it is, then perhaps we can assume that the others from that set will also be released as a fully equipped figure? I'd very much like to see a machine gunner, a knee-mortar gunner, and a couple of SNLF (basically marines) guys. |

Superb - An absolute must have for me! You can add my name to the list of those hoping that this line continues. The sculpts, the quality of finish, everything
about these 3D/DiD Japanese figures is great.

Some Japanese Paratroopers *did* receive some training from the Germans.
Speaking of the carded head set, is this available yet? I saw it once on Ebay and I haven't seen it anywhere else.

I wouldn't normaly think about getting a japanese figure (not my area of interest) but this one is so well done I think I can find a purpose for him.
