I believe all the recent DML USA exclusives have had resin sculpts. The retailers that have the head haven't mentioned if its resin or regular plastic.
Anyone know??

No, it's the same material as a regular release. PVC, vinyl what ever they're made of.

I don't know of which material the head sculptures are made of but i do know that the Cyber Hobby and DML's "cheaper" releases like Otto
Koenig are nicer looking but larger and the paint chips off easily.
They're also more difficult to take off the body. Talking about Fred(i ordered him a few days ago from Paul), he can easily pass of as a German trooper. : P
