White Scout Car in German Service
Here is a White Scout Car in German service.
There are at least two image references of WSC used by the Germans. One an image of a WSC used by an unknown Stug unit in the Eastern Front and one sem in the videos of Albert Ernst’s Jagdtiger unit surrendering in Iserlohn in May of 1945. The US sent approximately 3000 of these vehicles to the Soviet Union so it is not hard to figure out where the Germans got their American vehicles!
This is a TUS/ 21 Century model, painted and weathered. Only made some small adjustments. Lowered the rail that surrounds the cabin so that it is NOT visible from the side as per prototypical images. Added a German MG to the mount on the rear, added a German radio and aerial. Also made several bundles add to the vehicle. Prepared another post for the rear with a range finder for variety.
These TUS/21C vehicles are a LOT of fun!
