			<description><![CDATA[ A truck driver here in good old Ontario Canada was ticketed for smokeing in his 18 wheeler while driving on the road. We have a no smokeing ban here for
smokeing in the workplace. This is how he got the ticket. According to this law here a truck driver, a taxi driver, a realestate sales person, a pizza delivery
person can also be ticketed as their vehicle is their place of work. This could also apply to getting a ticket in your own home if that is where you conduct
