Toyscity Heer set

I took a pretty bad dive from my Honda over the weekend ( teaches me to drive Honda ) so I won't be posting any earth shattering custom stuff soon. But here's a pic of the toyscity Heer set ( nice ) only infraction I could spot was that the crusher is not made for large sculpts. Put a little glue here and there and it actualy looks like a crusher.

Got some pics of Mike's progress on an M7 kit (one of the hardy few who dare to build one!
LOL!). Making very nice progress. This is only his 2nd 1/6th vehicle after a FOA Tiger and
he says he does commission work (humble plug for him!). He is not a member of the 6th but
I have told him he really should join and share his work.

Has anyone ever tried leg or arm hair on figures?

I'm setting a couple guys up for an Africa scene and I've got their legs all puttied to a great shape and their legs painted the perfect shade of tanned flesh, and it still just cracks me up a little bit to see what still looks like perfectly smooth shaven legs on grizzled front line veterans.

I tried a few methods of adding body hair. The closest I came to success was snipping off the first millimeter or so of hair from a camel hair brush and allowing it to fall softly on...

Creases that won't come out

Anyone have any tips for dealing with these? I was monkeying around last night with a stubborn crease (had made two previous attempt to iron it) and finally succeeded in covering it a bit my creating an oil smudge using a uniball vision pen. Thanks.

Or if not pictures, a basic description? Is it empty or does it have rifle racks in it, etc. It looks pretty good from the outside but I can't find any pictures to show what it has on the inside. And any overall thoughts on the piece?

And as a followup question out of curiosity, if there arent racks inside it, what sort of things would be dropped in a big open drop tube like that?

Calling all Brit experts!!! The web belt that came with the Brit MP Bob Richardson, was missing the buckles at the rear of the belt to attach the webbing straps. I was wondering if it was just on my figure or did everyone who got this figure get the belt without these buckles? Would Brit MP's have worn these belts with the buckles at the rear in real life or would it still be accurate to leave them off?

European Buildings Help

I'm considering making some 1/6 buildings for an outdoor dio. I'd like to do some generic European village structures that might be a small town somewhere in southern France or northern Italy. What should I keep in mind in terms of architectural design? What about the street, cobblestones or plain dirt? What about telephone poles? Any thing else I should consider?

Questions regarding Soviet airfields.

1) Would Soviet airfields be laid out according to a prescribed universal plan?

2) Would a field converted into an ad hoc airstrip be set up along the same lines?

3) Also, would there be anti-aircraft emplacements (Machine guns and/or AA guns.)around the field?

4) If so, would there be prescribed plans for these, as well?

5) Where would aircraft, fueling areas and hangars be set up in relationship to the runways...
