I ordered and paid for the M5 storage box last July. He got sidelined with illness and the project was delayed last Fall. Now I see he has canceled the project indefinitely. I have emailed and called him to no avail for a refund. Has anyone else been ripped off by this guy?

This is the first time I have ever posted in this section but it has been 3 months since I purchased a custom Miller head and paint job from him. I have PMed him, I have e-mailed him, I have gone to Grizzerr (OSW staff) for help and we both got NO satisfaction from him.

I have proof I paid my $85.00 by MO and he received it and sent me a PM to tell me he did and that he would send my head sculpt to me the following week. That was July 21, 2007. Nothing since...

I contact Irish70 about some modern stuff he was looking for (BBI Bobcat and Bones stuff).

I sent the stuff to him and gave him the total. Never receive payment.

I contacted him and he told me it was sent, but would send another payment out and to notify him if the first arrived. This was on 26 June 07.

I sold this POS an item on eBay, mailed it insured the following day I received payment (via PayPal) and not even 10 days later, this thief, filed a PayPal complaint and then immediately escalated it to a claim, preventing me from addressing / responding to this issue .

Even though I had proof of mailing (a USPS postal receipt showing his City and Zip, plus the insurance tag) and supplied same to PayPal, apparantly this was not enough as they refunded this POS...

Well got screwed again this time by schwienhoffen. After several messages on this board and through E-mail communications just dropped and I did not receive my motorcycle from him.

What's interesting is that his E-mail account at MSN has not been closed but he does not return messages when one is sent to him. Another is that my money order did get cashed.

If anyone has his address please let me get it from you, in the mean time...

i know a lot of guys here complained about him in his dealings and failures but to me i dealt with him several times and always got my items. Personally speaking he was easy to get along with not hurrying you to pay and eventhough nmot an avid emailer he eventually brought the items in. well at any rate he is now a no longer registered member.

I have ordered books here several times.

Several things are not ok:
- all prices are without british WAT - wich will sudenly appear once you ordered - not a good way to do business.
- all product have a "availability status" - these are fake! I have now every time ( I mean every time ) been cheated - books that was set to be available within 24 hours suddenly can't be delievered before 2 or 3 weeks - and then in the end...

I entered in a trade with Rich back in Sept. for a 1 for 1 figure swap. I sent my end on the 19th of Sept. and he recieved it a few days later (USPS Delivery Confirmation showed delivery). I was informed by Rich, that my end had gone out a few days later (notice, after he got his). One week later, I inquired about not yet having recieved my end. He said he would look into it. I bought a jeep from him, with the check going out around the 9th/10th of October. He informed me he recieved the check on the 13th and it cleared my account on the 16th. Let me preface this by saying that I was loyal customer of Voyager Toys for many years and switched to Apogee Toys at their recomendation. I had never had a problem with either that wasn't fixed in a timely manner until now. I've alway placed pre-orders and then shipped when there were several figures to save on shipping and save them some hassle.

I had a standing order for every Dragon WWII figure that was released and would order other manufactures figures...

I ordered a couple of items from this ebay seller a month ago.... never got the items.. which were promised to be delivered within 5-10 days.. first this guy sends me an e-mail asking me to leave positive feedback for him even though I havent even got anything from him yet... I then send him a half dozen emails asking where my stuff is... I get one mail back from him saying he has mailed it.... a month later still nothing.. I file a dispute with paypal and suddenly he starts e-mailing me.....
