hi there guys,
here is a figure based on the hj emil hardegen. it has to be my favorite of the dragon figures. i changed the hs but dont know the name of it. he is armed with a 60 and a 30m panzerfaust plus two stick grenades for some close encounters or for laying down a quick get away. thanks for looking.

These 2 officers represent two periods in ss history.The TOTENKOPFVERBANDE hauptsturmfuhrer is circa 1936 he has a mix of DID parts he has a skoda hats cap customized with button and ground down hat skull to make vt hat button,custom piping and cvi eagle the rest is easy to figure out.The second is Allgemeine SS standartenfuhrer from Abshnitte I circa 1931,32 although the black standard ss uniform was standardized in mid 32 some officers wore a mix match of these in late 31 early 32 there is...

Just a little over a year ago the moderators of this board took a chance and allowed the depiction and discussion of political figures. Well I thought that I would say thank you for giving this subject a chance. I'm sure that there was a voice in the back of their heads saying "Don't do it" but it has turned out to be a very civil and informative section. And all without the slightest hint of National Socialism.

The Reichsluftschutzbund (Reich air protection league) was founded on 28 april 1933. It was organised into 15 Landesgruppen. Civil defence propaganda and training measures were handled by the RLB under the supervision of the Air Ministry. Over 20 millions people were members of the RLB.

This major, former WWI pilot, is wearing the uniform worn only by full time members.

I just wanted to double check this one but is Timmo's Uniform supposed to be the same that came with the C-H Emil figure ?,i thought the uniform should be a blue colour but it looks as though Timmo's is black,one other question did Emil come with a shirt under the tunic?,thanks in advance for any replies.

This SA colonel is wearing the four pockets tunic introduced for the SA in 1932. It was a demand from the Weimar republic to give the political groups a more "respectable" outfit. As a member of the Gruppe Hochland (south Germany) he is entitled to wear an edelweiss on his kepi. He joined the SA in 1930 as denoted by the stripes on his cuffs. The arrow (tyrrune) on the left sleeve is for a graduated of the national leadership school.

When the SA was formed in 1921, no uniform only the famous (or infamous) armband. Most of the men wore their former military uniform if they were veterans. The first "uniform" was introduced in 1922. A grey Windjacke with a white shirt and black tie and a dark blue or tan cap. Most common insignia was the black-white-red imperial cockade and sometimes a death head (SS was formed only in 1923). Rank was indicated by a pip on the armband for a squad leader.
